Encourage the client to take their health and wellness into their own hands. If the doctor gives you a diagnosis, research it for yourself. A pill is not always the answer. You need to advocate for yourself. You can change the way you think. You can change the way you eat. Your body is your temple.
About Jennifer
Hi There, my name is Jennifer and I am delighted that you have taken the time to stop by my website. Let me tell you a little about myself. I have been an avid student of all things health, wellness, and spirituality for over 20 years. I began changing my eating habits at 19 because I saw the negative impact that unhealthy eating habits had on my family and friends.
I decided to become a vegetarian at the time because I thought that would be best for me. However, I consumed even though I thought I had adopted a healthy lifestyle I was eating far too much soy and processed foods. Realizing I did not know enough I went on a journey of discovery by reading books, journals, and taking courses in regard to plant-based eating. I learned a lot about raw foods and how they can help heal the body. I also learned on the way that I have food sensitivities to soy and gluten. My goal is to have more people include more plant-based foods in their eating routines.
