• 3 cups of rolled oats
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup of pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup of coconut nectar
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of sesame tahini 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of almond extract
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Place mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or more at 350 degrees. Take it out and let it cool.
  1. While the oats are in the oven mix the wet ingredients, then add toasted oats. Put the mixture back onto the baking sheet with parchment paper and turn off the oven and let the oats finish cooking with the door open. Wait for 60 minutes for the oats to get crispy, take out and break the granola up and place it into a glass container.
